As a result of budget actions taken by the PCUSA's General Assembly Council on March 27, 2009, the denomination's office which relates to collegiate ministries has been reorganized. The Collegiate Ministry staff positions were eliminated, and the office was combined with the Office of Youth Ministry. The new office, currently named Youth and Collegiate Ministry, is part of the Evangelism and Church Growth Ministry Area. PCUSA Seal PACHEM is supported by The Office of Youth and Collegiate Ministries, conference fees, and donations.

The Presbyterian Association for Collegiate and Higher Education Ministries is an organization founded to connect and empower those who support, advocate, and participate in collegiate and higher education ministries.

The PC(USA) currently has over 700 churches providing collegiate ministries, 350 campus based ministries, and 95 chaplains serving the approximately 60,000 Presbyterian students at 1,150 institutions.

Our friends at Partners for Just Trade have developed a consignment sales and Fair Trade education event especially for campus ministry groups. You pay an initial 25% deposit for a Collegiate Partnership Box and PJT sends you all the information and material. You hold your event, and then you can use 20% of the sales as a fund-raiser or as a social justice donation. On-campus and Off-campus boxes are available.
